So true... Food IS medicine. The second we start getting off with our food is the second our mind starts to go wacky. I need to remember this too. Jane and Tracy always tell me "food is medicine." It's so true. Take your medicine, T! I'll take mine too...
I'm going to say "Not Fat". And my dad drinks those. He has pretty much stopped eating - not ana, just old and very sick. Sorry that pic just reminded me of that.
